Cost for facility rental is by the hour according to the number of participants. Additional costs such as insurance per player may incur. 

Renting the Thunder Beach KC facility for your next event is inexpensive and easy! Thanks to our staff, we are certain you will have a hassle free, memorable experience at the Thunder Beach KC complex. 

Complete the following steps to successfully rent the Thunder Beach KC facility conveniently located in Shawnee, Kansas:

1. COMING SOON: Click HERE to complete the Facility Rental Request Form. 
   • Until this form is ready, please email info@thunderbeachkc.com with your request. 
2. After completing the form, the Thunder Beach KC staff will be in touch to learn more about your upcoming event, secure any additional information needed and draft a Facility Rental Agreement. 
3. Once the Facility Rental Agreement is drafted and sent to you, you will have 5 days to sign and return the agreement with the non-refundable 10% rental reservation fee.
4. At the conclusion of the event, you will have 5 business days to pay the remaining rental fee cost. 

Additional Items for Considerations

• A Thunder Beach KC employee will be onsite for the entirety of your rental time to provide assistance as needed. 
• Each participant is required to complete the Thunder Beach KC Liability & Release Form
• No outside food or drink other than water is permitted inside the Thunder Beach KC. Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the Park Lanes Family Fun Center.
• At this time, lights are unavailable, so renting hours are up until dark.
